1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Tukule, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all SACCOs, Investment Clubs, and their individual members.
2. Description of Service
Tukule provides a cloud-based financial management platform for organizations to track savings, loans, investments, and member contributions in Uganda.
3. Onboarding and Fees
Users agree to pay a one-time onboarding and setup fee of 500,000 UGX. This fee covers platform configuration, data migration support, and training. All fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
4. User Responsibilities
Administrators of SACCOs and Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter into the system. Tukule is a tool for management and does not provide financial advice or guarantee the financial performance of any group.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any organization that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
